Shifting to the new ADIB Egypt Internet Banking Service

Since ADIB – Egypt is always keen to provide the best banking experience, we are pleased to inform you that we have updated our Internet banking service.

If you have been an active Internet banking user with ADIB - Egypt, and you were notified by SMS after June 15^th, 2017 that your account has been activated on the new service, we are pleased to inform you that you that you can now enjoy the newly developed Internet banking service.

The following steps are developed to support your shift from the previous Internet Banking service to the new one:

1.Click on the following link to open the login page of the new Internet Banking service.

Go to Login Page

2.In the Username filed, please enter your Username as follows with only the first login:

RIMnumber.LoginID

3.In the Password field, enter your existing password that you have used the last time to access the previous Internet Banking service.

4.Read the updated Online Banking services Terms & Conditions and click on “Agree”.

5.Set the answers to the 5 Security Questions, which you might need in case you forget your Password in the future.

6.Choose your own New Username.

7.Choose your own New Password, by inputting the Old Password, New Password and Confirming the New Password.

8.You will find a confirmation message indicating that you have successfully changed your password. You can then click on “Go to Login Page” to access with your New Username and New Password.
